To shape students’ competencies, the department of Urban and Regional Planning develops four learning base :
- Team-based learning, a learning process focusing on self experiences and encouraging participation in team.
- Experienced-based learning, a learning process emphasizing the awareness of and exploration to self experiences.
- Problem-based learning, a learning process aiming to develop the competencies to resolve practical constraints.
- Project-based learning, a learning process shaping students’ ability to resolve constraints in the boundaries of certain targets in a project framework.
