MOU, INTI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA
On Monday, October 2, 2023, the Rector of Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung, Prof. Meilinda Nurbanasari, Ph.D., accompanied by Dani Rusirawan, Ph.D. (Vice Rector for Planning, Innovation, and Cooperation), Jono Suhartono, Ph.D. (Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology), and Dr. Eng. Fitri Suciaty (Head of the Bureau of Cooperation, Public Relations, and Marketing), visited INTI International University in Malaysia. This visit was a follow-up to the initiation of cooperation between the two parties, which had been previously discussed during INTI International University's visit to Itenas Bandung on August 4, 2023.
The main agenda of the visit was the signing ceremony of the MoU between Itenas Bandung and INTI International University Malaysia. The representatives from Itenas Bandung were welcomed by INTI International University Malaysia, represented by Prof. Dr. Goh Khang Wen (Head & Pro Vice-Chancellor of Global Engagement), Prof. Dr. Lai Yin Ling (Head & Senior Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor), Dr. Chan Siew Chong (Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Quantity Surveying), and Prof. Dr. Tezara Cionita (Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Quantity Surveying).
This MoU contains points of cooperation related to student exchange, Master's degree scholarships for Itenas graduates, and opportunities for further study in Doctoral programs at INTI International University for Itenas lecturers. It is highly hoped that the jointly signed MoU can serve as a gateway for wider collaboration opportunities between Itenas Bandung and INTI International University; not only in the aspect of human resource development but also targeting other multidisciplinary competency areas.
