Can Tho, Vietnam, February 22, 2025 – The Rector of Itenas, Prof. Meilinda Nurbanasari, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., along with the Head of the Bureau of Cooperation, Public Relations, and Marketing, Dr.Eng. Fitri Suciaty, S.Si., M.Si., conducted a visit to Can Tho University, Vietnam. On this occasion, the Itenas delegation met with the Rectorate team as well as the Deans and faculty representatives from the College of Engineering – Can Tho University to discuss opportunities for academic and research cooperation.

The Rector of Itenas together with the Head of the Bureau of Cooperation, Public Relations, and Marketing, and the three Itenas students participating in the student exchange program.

In addition, this visit served as a special moment for the Rector of Itenas to meet directly with three Itenas students who had begun their student exchange program at Can Tho University since their departure on February 16, 2025. They are Jihan Mutiara Martha and Amiel Abhinandana Mulyanegara from the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, as well as Keindra Bagas Maulana from the Informatics Study Program.

The Itenas delegation also visited the Maker Innovation Space at the Automation Engineering Lab, witnessing firsthand the facilities and technological innovations developed at the university.

Through her personal Instagram account, the Rector of Itenas shared her impressions of this visit. “It is an honor to meet with the Rectorate and Deans of Can Tho University during the Student Exchange program. Very grateful for the opportunity to network and learn from such inspiring individuals,” she wrote.

This visit further strengthens the relationship between Itenas Bandung and Can Tho University Vietnam and opens up wider collaboration opportunities in the future. (Public Relations)
