Currently, there are several internal research funding schemes:

1. PDPI for junior researchers
2. PDMI for mid-career researchers
3. PUSI for well-established researchers
4. Toward full pledge professor research funding
5. Research funding aid for faculty members who are enrolling in the Ph.D. program
6. Collaborative/multi-disciplinary research. LPPM Itenas administers the selection process through the information system for research and community development (https://simpenmas.itenas.ac.id/).

External funding Faculty members of Itenas have been actively awarded a research grant from national and international enterprises. Research grants were awarded by the Ministry of Education and Culture and also the Ministry of Finance through RISPRO program. In addition, our faculty members also received grants from other government ministries. Several international research projects were funded by well-known agencies such as WHO, UNEP, Asia Pacific Network (APN), CREA, Vital Strategies, Safe Water Garden, etc. The projects were administered by LPPM Itenas for funding management.
